Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be completed.  If shipping is required your order or will be sent within 48 hours of completion. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Ensuring you receive your order in a timely manner is important to us.  Simply Personalised is not liable for late delivery due to postage or courier delays.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to make any changes, refund or combine orders once they have been confirmed.

Orders are personalised and made according to your requirements, we cannot offer a refund. Please communicate to us beforehand if you need specific designs.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty products please contact us as soon as you receive your order with your full name, order / invoice number, description of the item and images of the damaged goods. Once we assess the damage, we will provide at the sole discretion of Simply Personalised either a refund for the product price (does NOT include postage) or provide a replacement. Strictly no replacement or refund for products broken or damaged from wear and tear.

Pantry labels are sized based on the length of the word. Breadcrumbs being approximately 8cm in length with all other labels in the same font size. Please note it only includes a max of 3.5 cm in height (approximately 2 lines).
Labels above this height will incur additional charges.

All labels at Simply Personalised are made using high quality exterior grade signage vinyl. Signage vinyl is designed to withstand the harsh outdoor elements making them extremely durable and long-lasting. Our labels adhere to most smooth non-textured surfaces.

All purchased labels come with full application and care instructions.

DO NOT wash, use or wet the labels for 48 hours after applying.
Labels can be washed in warm soapy water, they should NOT be soaked.
NOT dishwasher, microwave or oven safe.
