Order Adjustments
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to make changes, refund or combine orders once they have been confirmed.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Simply Personalised or purchasing Simply Personalised products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use. Or to place an order with Simply Personalised or to purchase from Simply Personalised. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorised by Simply Personalised. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Simply Personalised product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Simply Personalised reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Simply Personalised reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Simply Personalised shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Simply Personalised without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Simply Personalised products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Melbourne, Victoria. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Simply Personalised products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Simply Personalised failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Simply Personalised may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply Personalised its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Social Media
By tagging @simplypersonalisedaul on social media you grant us permission to re-post and/or re-use the image(s) for marketing purposes.
Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise.
Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Simply Personalised may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Simply Personalised, Simply Personalised has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Simply Personalised. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Simply Personalised seeks to protect the integrity of its website and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Safety Disclaimer
Our products are made with care and are quality-checked prior to leaving us, however when you receive your order please check over all items to ensure there are no loose parts or threads that could be harmful to you, your children or any person using the products.
Our products may contain small parts such as batteries, lights, zips, buttons, & embellishments. All buyers assume any/all liability & use Simply Personalised products at their own risk.
In no event shall Simply Personalised be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any product, or clothing purchased herein. You agree and acknowledge that any product purchased should be used at your own risk and you should assess the risks individual to you, your child or any person before purchasing any product or using any product with or on you, your child or any person. In no event should you leave any children unattended in the presence of this products as it may present a choking hazard causing serious injury or even death.
Artwork & Orders
Please note the quality of prints provided using customer files is the customers sole responsibility. Simply Personalised can only produce quality prints if a high resolution file is provided. Simply Personalised is not responsible for producing low quality prints from a low resolution file.
Colour variations between batches of prints may vary slightly however we do our best to always maintain our machines to provide the best quality possible.
The customer agrees the design approval is solely their responsibility, they are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the design including spelling are correct. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer is responsible for the cost of the item. Any modification requests after the design has been approved may result in production delays and or reprinting costs. The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of copyright, trademark and licensing agreements of artwork.
If We reject your Order you will receive a refund of any money paid. We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time.
We may withdraw or suspend from sale any Good displayed on the Website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice. Simply Personalised will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a particular Good.
Product & Colour Disclaimer
Simply Personalised products are handmade & designed in Melbourne, VIC, Australia, with the exception of tried and tested wholesale items.
Please be aware that products may vary slightly in shape and size as each item is individually made by hand.
Colours may vary, it is important to note that colours may appear different on screen due to computer monitor variances.
Wooden products will vary from item to item as each item is unique, the grain of the wood will also vary adding to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
We try our best to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, however, please understand the actual colour will generally vary slightly from your monitor.
When printing on garments, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment colour and we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Colour variations between batches of prints may vary slightly however we do our best to always maintain our machines to provide the best quality possible.
Stock Availability
In the course of the order process, every product is subject to availability. There may be products that are available on the time of order confirmation which turns out to be out of stock once requested from the supplier. Another instance would be delays in the supplier’s delivery. These situations may occur which will require us to give you options of refund or a change in the delivery date. Change of Style, brand or colour will also be considered. Given the unforeseen situation, Simply Personalised will not be held liable and accountable of any incurred fees.
End Year Orders
End of year orders will close on 10th December each year. Orders are to be collected no later than 21st December. All orders placed after 10th December will be processed and completed in January of the following year.
Postage
Australia Post and Sendle have issued cut off dates for postage within Australia and Internationally. Once an order is completed and lodged for shipping we are no longer in control or liable for the shipping time frames.
Home Organisation Services, Sessions and Courses
1. Services Provided
The Service Provider agrees to deliver professional home organisation services as outlined at the time of booking (the “Service”). Services may be provided in-home or virtually, and will comply with relevant safety, privacy, and local, State, and Federal laws. All in-home services will take place at the Client’s nominated address.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Service Pricing
All pricing is outlined on the Simply Personalised Home Organisation service page or course enrolment page. Prices are subject to change.
2.2 Deposit & Final Payment (for 1:1 Services)
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service date. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the scheduled service date, (1:1 sessions ONLY)
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, the Simply Personalised website, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other approved methods. Receipts are available upon request.
2.4 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received. If full payment is not made at least two weeks prior to the service date, your session may be cancelled without refund.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide a safe and respectful working environment.
Communicate clearly and promptly with the Service Provider.
Ensure the space is free from harassment, harm, or discomfort.
Be available and engaged for all scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed.
If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be provided.
4. Travel Policy
In-home services are available within a 35km radius of Officer, VIC 3809 at no additional charge. For locations beyond this area, travel fees will apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon during booking.
5. Confidentiality & use of photographs
The Service Provider agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will never share personal or identifying information without written consent.
Before and after photos may be taken during your session. These images may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the Simply Personalised website, social media, and promotional materials. The Client’s identity and personal details will never be disclosed.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy– 1:1 SERVICES
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made between 13 and 3 days before the service date will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
If the Service Provider must cancel, an alternative date will be offered. If a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged within six months, the Client will receive a full refund of any amounts paid (excluding non-refundable deposits).
7. Course Terms & Cancellations
7.1 Course Access & Delivery
Courses may be delivered live (via online sessions), self-paced, or as a combination of formats. Each course may include recorded sessions, downloadable resources, private group access, and other inclusions outlined at the time of enrolment. Course materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, duplicated, or distributed.
7.2 Payments & Enrolment
Full payment is required at the time of enrolment. Payment options include Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options.
7.3 Cancellations by the Client
If a Client cancels more than 14 days before the course start date, they may apply the full amount paid as credit towards another Home Organisation course or 1:1 service.
If a Client cancels within 14 days of the course start date, no refund will be provided, but the full amount can be transferred as credit.
If a Client cancels within 5 days of the course start date, a $100 admin fee applies. The remaining balance can be credited towards another course or 1:1 service.
No-shows or partial participation are not eligible for refunds or additional credits.
7.4 Minimum Participation & Changes
A minimum of two participants is required for live courses to proceed. The Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule, amend the delivery format, or cancel if needed (e.g. low enrolment, illness, or unforeseen events). If this occurs, affected participants will be offered an alternative course date or a credit towards another course or service.
8. GENERAL TERMS
- Clients are required to attend and participate in organisation sessions. If they fail to do so, the session will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.
- The Client is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from discarding or destroying any records or personal effects. Nothing will be discarded without the Client’s permission.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for cleaning services.
- The Service Provider agrees to provide an outline of proposed solutions within a reasonable timeframe.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Client agrees that the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses (including financial losses or loss of property), personal injury, or third-party claims. The Client is responsible for identifying and listing valuables that require special care.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, obligations will be suspended until normal operations can resume.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation before either party pursues legal action. The mediation shall take place in [location to be advised], and the costs shall be split equally between the Parties. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Australia.
12. MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and agreed to by both Parties. Written confirmation may be provided via email or a signed document.
13. NO WAIVER
No waiver of any provision in this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing by the Party waiving the provision. A waiver of one provision shall not constitute a waiver of any other rights or provisions.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision in this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior understandings. No changes to this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both Parties.
17. AGREEMENT & PURCHASE
By purchasing or paying a deposit, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
